As an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in driving innovation, I am deeply passionate about transforming education for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Over the past 12+ years, I have led strategic initiatives across the education and charitable sectors, focusing on inclusive learning environments, personalised education pathways, and improving employment outcomes for marginalised learners.Currently, as CEO of Pathways Education and Bloom Education Technologies, I spearhead the growth of a multi-site trust of special schools and an innovative EdTech platform, both dedicated to SEND learners and those at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Through visionary leadership and collaboration, we are developing tools that offer personalised learning pathways, enhance digital accessibility, and provide holistic support tailored to the individual needs of learners.My core passion lies in preparing learners for adulthood through supported employment initiatives and robust partnerships with businesses and vocational training providers. As a co-founder of a national Supported Internship programme and trustee of DFN Project SEARCH, I have helped countless learners transition into meaningful employment, a key driver of lifelong success and independence.
