Working with in the Supply Chain Team I am responsible for product supply to UK and European accounts. Main duties include processing orders on time and in full by ensuring stocks are allocated in strict rotation. Managing promotional volumes where required. Adhering to foreign trade processes / procedures and compiling any relevant export paperwork/certificates required. Report generating and stock analysis. Ensuring pricing, data, and shelf life requirements are accurate & up to date. KPI & QIP reporting. Processing customer complaints and recording these onto the relevant database. Arranging couriers, liaising with our warehouses and hauliers when required.
