Senior Compliance Administrator / Sentinel Coordinator for AMCO-GIFFEN . The Rail Compliance Training Team are responsible for all Initial, Recertification, Assessments and Medical & D+A Screenings for AMCO- GIFFEN and their Primary Sponsored Subcontractors (Sentinel) *Sentinel (NWR) Competencies.*London Underground (TFL/Tubelines)*Construction / Skills based training, such as PASMA, IPAF, CSCS, Confined Space, First Aid, Manual Handling etc. On a daily basis, I liaise with Internal and External Customers, Training and Healthcare Providers nationwide. Process Booking Forms / Joining Instructions / Invoices and manage electronically all certificates, documentation within our internal training databases. I also undertake Private and Confidential Medication Reviews, Random D&A Screenings and create a series of reports for Management on a weekly and monthly basis.When required I also assist with Health / Safety - Training Audits.The Business Units within the team of which I am responsible are GIFFEN Group Ltd, Wales & Western, Anglia, North West & Midlands.
