As the Senior Events Coordinator, I ensure that our award-winning location and diverse staff are fully prepared to accommodate our guests to a premium standard.By supervising my team of assistants, I utilise my time management and communicative skills to boost productivity and efficiency with setups, changeovers and close downs. I offer guidance and motivation to my team to ensure staff morale is high.I help manage stock and inventory to ensure that our equipment and merchandise is always available. Furthermore being responsible for organising our event space so that supplies are easily accessible.

I was strongly trained and knowledgeable on all Front of House departments at Milton Keynes Theatre; working press functions, hosting the Ambassador Lounge and being a Fire Warden were some of my duties. As a reliable and dependable asset to the company, I would use my initiative to position myself where I would be best utilised to ensure sales, high productivity and customer satisfaction were met.

It was my responsibility to assist the producer to ensure that the live TV shows meet targets. I would help my producer by creating daily diaries for those on and behind the camera as it was paramount that everyone knew their tasks and duties to run a smooth broadcast.I was trained on the VMIX software which allowed me complete control of cameras and microphones on set, additionally granting me a way of communicating with the presenters live via earpiece.
