Providing multiple hiring managers and recruiters statistical analytics down to each hour of care provided to our customers meant having the foresight to recruit and then offer suitable permanent part-time employment contracts to candidates no risk of contract breaches. Providing operations with data-driven advice around safeguarding risks due to staff compliance in an effort to avoid any potential safeguarding issues. Our QSL positions replaced the previously appointed team leader roles and were reshaped into a full-time hands-on role in line with new NDIS funding frameworks. As a Recruitment Consultant assisting in this project, it was my duty to aid the end-to-end process of sourcing appropriate candidates for these roles, which included; internal applicants, external applicants, acting roles. My daily tasks included; liaising with hiring managers to gauge business needs, sourcing candidates via Seek and our website, resume and telephone screening, providing Harrison Assessments, facilitating and scheduling interviews with a panel of relevant hiring managers and peers, conducting reference checks, negotiating salary, negotiating start dates, liaising with our training department, creating and distributing permanent, full-time employment contracts, on-boarding employees, and communicating and building rapport with operations on multi-disciplinary and stakeholder levels.
