About Claire Dabreo

I am a health and wellbeing advocate with a passion for communicating how living in harmony with the energy of the seasons can lead to a healthier, happier and more harmonious life. This passion led to the creation of The Harmony Principle. As a practising Five Element acupuncturist with thriving clinics in Central and South London I treat clients with a broad range of conditions and issues. I also have specialist training and interest in treating fertility, pregnancy & birth. I have developed a small range of clothing available on my website and developed a product for a traditional Chinese Medicine post-partum at home treatment which has been trademarked.Collaborations, and copy and comment requests are welcomed.
