I have many years experience operating at a senior level focussing on customers, people and achieving results. People who I work with tell me I am very much a people person, dedicated to helping teams achieve their potential and support customers. I am known for getting the job done. That said, I also think strategically and take pride of my many achievements to date in my career. This includes consistently challenging the status quo when it comes to service propositions for customers and colleagues alike. I am not afraid of tackling the tough stuff!In amongst working full time, I studied for a Master's Degree between 2015 and 2018, achieving a merit and gaining an immense sense of pride. I learned so much including the ability to think differently. understand the value of research in order to challenge myself about the decisions and direction I take and then applying this to my day to day role. I am told I provide inspiration to others which I am really proud of and take great pleasure in acting as a leader, a mentor and a critical friend to many helping them to grow and develop. I regularly challenge others to be the best they can be which sometimes may not be the easiest route.I am proud of my strong social networks in the work arena and also with friends and family who are very important to me
