Claire is the Co-Founder of Forgewell. Forgewell is on a mission stop burnout & build strong, resilient teams ready for what comes next.At Forgewell, we work with teams to equip them with science-backed practices to improve productivity, engagement, and retention, to support mental health and well-being in the workplace, and to foster healthy, human-focused company cultures.Our teachers and facilitators drawn on industry-tested programs like Make Time, Search Inside Yourself, Adaptive Resilience, and Mixed Mental Arts to develop a custom offering for you. Forgewell is an education company that helps businesses address the issues of modern working, with a focus on helping people rethink productivity and build mental resilience. Claire is a trained accountant and a seasoned corporate finance professional, with a decade of experience working at PwC in London in various roles covering health, government and real estate. She also founded a plant-based snacking company called Makan Snacks that brings health, variety and taste to the everyday snacker. Claire believes that the world is changing at a rapid pace, and the majority of us do not have the tools to be able to cope. She draws on her corporate experience, her mindfulness practice (as a trained yoga teacher), and her continued learning of self-development tools to help make a difference to individuals.
