The University of Gloucestershire is a multi-site education provider. It’s a successful and growing university that has constantly moved up the rankings to become rated in the top 20 in the Guardian University Guide and has achieved 100% in the National Student Satisfaction Survey across key subjects. Primarily my responsibility in this role was to deliver internal communications and provide an internal marketing function for the university.

Cheltenham

Appointed as Marketing Manager at the University I was responsible for the Faculty of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, the largest of the three faculties in this newly created marketing role. My main responsibility was to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communication campaign and events strategy and build brand and awareness for the products and services that the faculty offered.

Universal Music is the largest record company in the world and market leader nurturing performing talent and worldwide music and film sales. I was appointed as Marketing Manager to manage the marketing & PR for Southern Ireland overseeing a department of 4 staff.

County Dublin, Ireland

With its Head Quarters based in Dublin I was responsible in the event marketing area of this US start up business. I assisted the Marketing Director initially on the pre and post launch. I also worked on putting together the marketing campaigns for this state of the art web-hosting facility (now called Servecentric).

London, United Kingdom

EMAP, based in London is the UK’s largest media company with both a business to business and business to consumer products. I worked primarily in the Education division of the business that delivers major events for the teaching and learning industry attracting over 50,000 teaching professionals across the events every year.
