• Supported the DISA Cross Domain Enterprise Operation; liaise between government customers and DISA to support the implementation of cross domains ensuring their agency acquires the capability to seamlessly pass structured and unstructured data across security enclave boundaries.• Singlehandedly spearheaded 21 cross domain requirements, consisting of both mission specific and enterprise hosted projects. • Developed cohesive schedules and budgets that include all dependencies that can be monitored/tracked with each stakeholder.• Facilitated the transition and implementation of the cross domain service the customer requested by coordinating with software engineers, system engineers, accreditation team, and testing resources as well as guiding customers through the SABI accreditation process.• Routed 25 Annual CDES Revalidation Memorandums for customer action; critical in maintaining the mission integrity of the Enterprise. The CDES Revalidation Memorandum is in accordance with the Defense IA/Security Accreditation Working Group (DSAWG) requirement; the DAA reviews all cross domain connections annually to ensure valid operational requirement still exists.• Procured $542,500 in support of sustainment for cross domain capability and service provided to include, but not limited to cross domain technology assessment, security policy enforcement, certification, accreditation, and revalidation support, configuration management, help desk support, and lifecycle replacement.

Dod Consolidated Adjudications Facility (Caf)

• Provided management direction overall activities to include hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring of contract personnel.• Ensured contract personnel were operating in a responsive, courteous, and professional manner – maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 99 percent.• Standardized and maintained the DOD CAF Call Center’s 22-page procedural document (SOP). Updated quarterly with new policies, methods, and techniques derived from the DoD CAF, OPM, PSMO-I, DMDC, DSS, DOHA, and PSAB.• Actively engaged in recruiting and hiring; reduced annual contractor turnover by 87 percent.• Created and implemented new hire onboarding program – devised a training plan; generated a 200-page training binder detailing the operations in the DoD CAF, OPM, DMDC, DOHA/PSAB, and DSS; included coverage of directives pertaining to eligibility, the 13 commonly observed personnel security investigations; and outlined the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12.• Consistently utilized the following procedures and documentation for daily duties: Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Personnel Security Program DoD 5200.2-R, National Industrial Security Program DoD 5220.22-M, internal DoD CAF SOPs, Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act (IRTPA), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12, and Executive Orders 10450, 12968, and 10865.• Single point of customer service contact for investigative and adjudicative requirements of the DoD Personnel Security Program - Evaluate and analyze information in JPAS, DCII, and all division CATS systems while concurrently managing the DOD CAF’s monthly 4K customer call center volume.
