As an Account Manager on the Client Services team, my work specialized in the Health Wellbeing and Life Sciences sector, with occasional Consumer focused work. I collaborated closely with the executive team to manage accounts effectively. In this role I developed comprehensive process documents for internal SEO and creative service offerings. My day-to-day involved overseeing the preparation and execution of marketing materials including; copy, images, videos, emails, and other collateral. I upheld a track record of building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to foster ongoing business success. I continuously identified new areas of opportunity and growth, while diligently maintaining client files including; sales contracts, records of client interactions, client notes, and other confidential information. In this role I largely focused on identifying and sourcing vendor partnerships where I translated client objectives into actionable services through insightful proposal discovery calls. I collaborated effectively with the strategy team to provide tailored solutions for clients. Throughout my work I consistently and effectively managed project budgets through organized and strategic allocation of resources. I lent a hand in sourcing and staffing project teams based on both internal and external requirements. My diligence led to delivering exceptional results through effective coordination and collaboration which resulted in the success of client projects and goals.

As a PM on the Creative Insights team I oversaw and assisted in national and global market research projects for clients in the Health Care and Life Sciences space as well as the Consumer space. My responsibilities included managing the expenses for projects with anywhere from $60K to $800K dollar budgets, initiating regular team meetings to ensure all team members and senior leaders were well informed, sourced and onboarded necessary vendors. Additionally, I managed the calendars of all involved parties and created timelines and project roadmaps to best reach the research goals and objectives.

As a Field Project Manager I oversaw a diverse portfolio of national and global research projects. My day-to-day included initiating comprehensive recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of participants were suitable, scheduling interviews, managing the executive team calendars, and evaluating research findings across all projects. I coordinated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues while proactively mitigating risks. Additionally, I closely followed the financial wellbeing of each project by preparing and submitting invoices for review and approval.
