In the past 20+ years I have gained extensive experience in leadership and management roles within large, complex organisations. I led diverse operational teams through major change initiatives before leading corporate-level strategic transformation programmes in people and culture. This was supported by a background in research and operational project management. My commitment to partnering with individuals to maximize their potential led me to establish my own coaching practice. As an accredited ICF Coach I partner with clients across the private, public and third sectors. Recent engagements include; KPMG, EY, Barclays, Lloyds, the Bank of England, and the NHS. I coach clients on a wide range of topics, including strengthening interpersonal relationships, enhancing decision making abilities, developing emotional intelligence, improving communication, time management and organisational skills, and achieving a better work-life integration.My coaching philosophy centres around whole-person and strengths-based approaches, creating a reflective space where my clients discover new perspectives, shift mindsets, build confidence and create new possibilities. I leverage a variety of evidence-based coaching tools tailored to align with my clients’ unique learning styles and specific goals.I am passionate about neurodiversity, both personally and as a mother. I support my neurodivergent clients to understand and embrace their strengths, find self-compassion and develop effective strategies to address their challenges. Additionally, I engage with leaders and managers to enhance their understanding of how to better support neurodivergent employees within the workplace, to improve both employee wellbeing and organisational performance.As a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®), I foster positive wellbeing with my clients. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Mind Conwy, a regional charity affiliated with national Mind, I am dedicated to advancing mental health initiatives in my community.Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, connecting with nature and tackling home renovation projects.
