I engaged over 6,000 members at Finseca by connecting them with resources to help them attain their goals, manage high-touch member renewal campaigns, communicated Finseca's new organizational structure to members from different legacy organizations, and supervised membership services.

- I wrote, edited, and optimized member communication, including email, to ensure engagement and satisfaction for over 2,000 members of the American Trauma Society.- I provided conference support, including app development, for conferences of up to 1,800.

As an analyst for GoodCall, I helped users find and interact with GoodCall's data-driven resources and created content to help users make better financial choices.

I had been a Research Assistant on the geocoding team at AidData, but I was eager to write more and learn about the communications team. I created posts for the AidData blog, The First Tranche, maintained a microtargeting database of over 2,000 AidData contacts, updated a media tracker to show AidData's current online presence, and assisted with staff photography in this position.

I completed work on geocoding international aid projects in collaboration with the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID and the governments of Iraq, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Colombia, and Bhutan. The data from these projects was published publicly for additional research in the international development field. - Our team worked in partnership with USAID, Department of Defense's Minerva Research Initiative, and sovereign governments to locate and code international aid projects in fourteen countries. - I conducted quality control via arbitration practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and assisted in arbitration training for new interns. - I attended summer seminars about introduction to GIS, big data, and writing for development. - I was also assigned to a Geocoding+ team to locate projects without documents using open-source methods.

I shared my experience at the College with prospective and incoming students and their families and answered their questions about the school.

I led a class of 12-15 students in weekly grammar and vocabulary exercises, collaborated with the course instructor to ensure the best learning experience for students, designed exercises to review grammar and vocabulary, reviewed with students for quizzes, and graded quizzes and other assignments.
