My experiences have driven me to immerse myself in this field, completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, undertaking extensive personal study in autism and learning disabilities, and volunteering extensively in my sons' schools.I’ve been actively involved in supporting my local school communities, leading PTAs and volunteering hands-on in classrooms. These roles have reinforced my passion for inclusive education, further deepening my commitment to creating supportive environments where every child can thrive.Before focusing on my family, I had a successful career as a Training Manager, Trainer, and Store Planner with a global retail brand. This experience honed my skills in team collaboration, training, and planning—skills I now bring to educational settings. I understand the importance of structure, communication, and adaptability, and I’m eager to leverage my professional expertise alongside my passion for SEND & education.I’m ready and excited to return to a role where I can contribute both professionally and personally. I bring empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
