Experience operationally Line Managing large teams of CBT/EMDR/IPT Therapists - incorporating communicating with Senior Clinical Therapists, Counsellors and Psychologists to meet service needs.Further competencies include liaising with stakeholders, effective decision making, working to meet service targets and excellent communication and time-management skills. Handles tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications include Levels 2 and 3 in Counselling Skills, BSc in Psychology and Law and MSc in Forensic Psychology. Further training includes First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Professional Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA), HCR20 training, Supporting Individuals with Learning Disability Level 2 City and Guilds.
