Within my role I managed training needs of the staff. Developing their knowledge and confidence in topics in line with their roles and responsibilities and booking them on to appropriate courses. As Office manager I also covered other duties while others were off, using Sage software for taking sales order, inputting purchase orders and providing customer service as first point of contact, I also gave practical advice to customers on the products we sold and providing them with information on new products. I design and build show jumping courses for British show jumping, British eventing and Modern pentathlon, this includes the grass roots championships at Badminton horse trials, Modern pentathlon European champs, World cup finals and Olympic test event Greenwich 2011 and six years as assistant course builder at horse of the year show

As a qualified show jumping judge i make sure that competitions are ran and judged in accordance with British show jumping rules

In my role as store manager I make sure that my store runs on budget and that sales targets and KPIs are constantly met, I manage stock control, stock rotation, refrigerator temperatures and availability as well as training within my store, I keep myself up to date with all new developments within the retail industry to maximise my sales within my store, I organise in store events and arrange training with suppliers.

I am also the head course designer for the Modern Pentathlon, building the ride phase for their world cup championships (Olympic test event Greenwich), European championships and London 2012.
