Lead the Peer Mentor team through orientation week operations, with an emphasis on external and team communication. Selected from a competitive pool of applicants to lead incoming first-year students through a dynamic orientation experience, including a 3-day sailing workshop. In this role, I was an available and involved mentor and guide for first-year students, answering their questions, advising them through difficult situations, monitoring their academic status and providing assistance and resources when possible, collaborating and communicating with the students' faculty advisor, and participating in monthly peer mentor team activities througout the year. This role demanded a high level of collaboration, teamwork, and maturity, as I was just one part of the whole peer mentor team, and entrusted with a high-visibility leadership role and a great deal of influence over the first-year students in the class of 2026.

Contributed to foundational thought leadership research and planning through interviewing, recording data, and analyzing and interpreting findings into tangible concepts for activism, advertising, and content creation. Researched the possibilities and potential of social media presence expansion, presenting findings to senior leadership to be acted upon as part of the spin-off. Worked alongside an independent contractor and agencies on an award-winning documentary project, translating the campaign into innovating, engaging, bingeable web design. Experienced mentorship and met professionally with a variety of marketing and public relations professionals, on the marketing communications team, the corporate brand team, the product marketing teams, and at the senior vice president level. At the conclusion of my internship, I presented my findings, recommendations, deliverables, and outside perspective to senior leadership and marketing executives, offering solutions that will be implemented, expanded upon, and adapted as the brand evolves during the planned spin off.
