Born and raised in South Africa, my designs are an echo of the elegant blend of nature and functionality that my homeland taught me.I embarked on my journey into the design world as an Area Business Manager at Camira Fabrics, where I connected with a diverse network of architects, designers, and dealers across continents. I was involved in everything from fabric launches to FF&E design to dealer training and business development. My stint as a Project Designer at PICO International Dubai further enhanced my abilities to understand client needs and deliver aesthetically pleasing, functional design solutions.My educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture in Interior Design and a Diploma in Architectural Drafting from Inscape Design College. These academic experiences not only honed my design skills but also fueled my passion for transforming spaces.I believe that every space tells a story. My role is to translate this narrative into a design that reflects the individuality and vision of each client. This approach was shaped by my journey, including the influence of my parents and my formative experiences in the exhibition design industry in Dubai.Whether it's creating an initial design visual that mirrors a client's vision or seeing a space come to life with the final design, every step in the process is a moment of joy for me. We interact with the client, find out the needs and purpose of thier booth at a specific exhibition. Get the requirements from the cleint, brief the designer. Once the design has been completed send it for costing, write up a quotation which we send to the client. Once the cleint has accepted, we brief carpentry, electrical and graphics. Make sure we receive technical works for the designers, and ready to print artworks from the clients. We then do a site visit/mock up of the booth, make sure the appropriate changes are made before move in. We make sure the production are informed of correct move in and break down times. Once move in starts we are on site untill the booth is up and the client is happy. We are then there on show opening to make sure all last minute things are fixed. Once the show is over, we then chase for the payments. Not forgetting to do some PR and sending seasonal greetings and pictures of their booths. Show less

We receive the brief from the Sales, we then conceptualise, tell the Sales what the concept is and what we are thinking of doing. Once we are both happy we commense with the 3D model and rendering in time for costing to be submitted. Once the design has been accepted we do a full set of working drawings for carpentry, electrical and graphics.

I did a bit of everything from taking new leads, finding out client requirements, sending clients related wallpaper designs. Once the client had accepted the design I would set up the artwork and send it for printing. Once the printing was done, I would check it is correct before sending to to be installed.
