I maintain a high standard of customer service for the welcome desk by delivering beyond our member’s expectations. I play a major role by contributing to member retention, as well as new membership sales. As the welcome center manager I have the responsibility of checking members in and being responsive to member inquiries regarding goods, services and membership while in the club facilities. I respond to members’ comments and suggestions, acting as the clubs first line of communication with members and create a friendly and welcoming environment. I manage and train all front desk staff to ensure an exceptional member experience and collaboration between the front desk, sales, member services and other club departments.

As the Assistant Aquatics Manager under the supervision of the Aquatics Manager, I provided leadership and supervision of the swim school and operations of the department, ensuring that high quality, safe and well-organized programs are being offered and all aspects of the pool operations are conducted in a professional manner. I managed and trained a team of 50 lifeguards and swim instructors and was instrumental in running our year-round swim school program.
