I currently work as an account manager for our largest account, Greenbrook TMS, which has over 90 locations across the United States. I have developed both clinical and practical training programs to enhance patient retention and engagement. My responsibilities include scheduling and traveling to conduct device certifications for providers and technicians across the entire country. I also collaborate with regional directors and managers to discuss device utilization and explore continuing education opportunities for staff, utilizing sales reporting and device data.

In this role, I supported sales meetings with business owners and lead clinical certifications for technicians and providers on NeuroStar TMS at over 200 practice locations across the Northeast.

I was responsible for administering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to patients with different psychiatric and neurological illnesses. I was trained on Magventure, Magstim, Brainsway, and Nexstim devices. Responsibilities also included writing medical record notes, leading clinical meetings, training new staff, and other administrative tasks.

Worked in a research lab investigating whether treatment with transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on participants with alcohol addiction could delay or prevent relapse in their drinking. Responsibilities included running participant visits, data entry, analysis, and collaborating on research papers. I completed a project analyzing diffusion tensor imaging measures as a predictor of treatment outcome (with paper in revision).
