As the Family Minister at The Oceanside Sanctuary, I am committed to nurturing the spiritual growth of children, youth, and families through engaging activities and fostering a just and generous Christian spirituality. My role encompasses planning, organizing, and leading ministry spaces and events that are safe, nurturing, and respectful. I provide pastoral care and emotional support, recruit and train volunteers, as well as facilitate regular youth gatherings and special activities. In addition to these responsibilities, my role has expanded to include the development and implementation of a podcast and curriculum for small groups as part of OSC's absorption of "The Collective Table" podcast. I ensure effective communication of our programs, maintain administrative records, support church operations through various tasks, and preach regularly.

I provided pastoral care and emotional support to youth and their families, recruited and trained volunteers, and facilitated regular youth gatherings and special activities. Additionally, I ensured effective communication of our programs, maintained administrative records, and supported church operations through various tasks, including preaching and attending regional events.

At Pods with Claire, I contract with podcasters to help plan, produce, and edit their show.

In this role, I partnered with TCT's founders to lead small groups and dinner churches in North County San Diego. We also hosted and produced The Collective Table Podcast, which still runs today under the umbrella of Oceanside Sanctuary. Together, we interview a variety of authors, musicians, and thought-leaders on spirituality and social justice. In addition to regularly hosting the podcast, I manage the production, post-production, and editing of each episode.

In this role, I was promoted to lead in collaborative efforts to develop, plan, and implement programs and initiatives for children, youth, young adults, and families of SDUMC. I regularly coordinated and strategized with fellow clergy, staff, volunteers, youth, community members and partner organizations to develop the vision, direction, and implementation of the church's groups, camps, service projects, seasonal community events, trips, and other gatherings. I preached on occasion as well as assisted in worship preparation and leadership.

In this role, I led a core team of student volunteers and interns within a progressive student outreach program to vision, plan, and implement programming for graduate and undergraduate students.

In this role, I reported to the Senior Pastor of a large church congregation and collaborated with a 10-member staff team to create and maintain programming for children, teens, and adults. I also assisted in worship preparation and leadership.

In this role, I supported the program and spiritual needs of a year-round camp and retreat center alongside a team of 13 full-time staff and 40 camp counselors.

In this role, I supported the day-to-day operations of the Duke Student Affairs office, as well as managed front-desk coverage by answering the phone and screening in-person visitors.

In this role, I worked alongside a three-person staff team who served a tightly-knit, local congregation which housed a free, self-choice market, cafe, and bakery-style food pantry that served thousands of customers and 180,000 pounds of food per year. I preached on occasion as well as assisted with the planning and implementation of worship and church programs, including a week-long student service-learning trip.

Served as a logistical support to the DYA community; paired with a mentor team and walked alongside the youth of the DYA community. Observed, practiced, and reflected upon my own ministerial gifting and vocation. Currently engaging the ongoing online community of DYA.

REL 2020: New Testament. Plans and leads student review sessions; edits, fact-checks, and provides consultation for student presentations regarding canonical and apocryphal New Testament books; tutors students outside of class; taught class lectures in Introduction to New Testament, Canonization, and Feminist Theory.
