I am currently employed as a Senior Subcontracts Manager at Michael Baker International. I was previously a Subcontract Manager at Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (Formerly known as Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc./AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc./AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc).. Prior to joining Wood, I was a Manager, Supplier Diversity, Contract Administrator and a Government Marketing Consultant. At Wood, I am responsible for procuring goods and services in support of federal contracts, specializing in international work and construction. From 2005 - 2011, I served as the Small Business Program Manager during my tenure at AMEC. The Small Business Office develops the small business policies and oversees the division’s overall Small Business Program. I was responsible for ensuring that AMEC met or exceeded our Small Business Subcontracting Plan goals. I also built awareness of small business opportunities by participating in several outreach activities each year. AMEC has been recognized for its Small Business Subcontracting Success and has been awarded numerous Nunn-Perry Awards for the Mentor-Protégé Program and the 2007 Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence in Small Business Subcontracting in the Construction Category. In 2008, I was recognized as the Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year by the Philadelphia District office of the Small Business Administration. I have over over 24 years experience with government contracting, small business subcontracting programs and supplier diversity. I received my Bachelor of Science (BS) from Penn State University in 1994 and my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Temple University in 2000.Specialties: Small Business Programs
