Provide management oversight across The Lincolnshire Community Hospitals Group of the Group's Green Plan, Sustainability, Adaptation, Net Zero, Travel & transport plans, with associated communications and staff engagement on behalf of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Hospitals NHS Trust.

A senior member of the Estates and Facilities Management Team I have a lead role on multiple strategic improvement and cost reducing projects within the Directorate. Providing strong business leadership in the development, delivery and review of Estates and Facilities services. I lead on property management issues, relating to 3rd parties including management of the residential accommodation contract, asset management, productive estate, negotiating and managing leases, licences and service level agreements. Providing Senior Management support and leadership to the Directorate’s programmes for managing performance, risk, compliance, Premises Assurance Module, space utilisation, land and property rationalisation and the Carter Model Hospital. To undertake reviews and design and implement changes to improve systems and the Estates and Facilities services.This is a complex role that requires knowledge of operational pressures, business management techniques, and the changing needs and demands of service users.

As part of the Estates and Facilities Management Team, I provided support to ensure the Directorate meets its relevant performance and business objectives. This support involved information analysis and reporting, the development of business cases, performance management and ensuring that the Directorate has systems and processes in place to identify initiatives and support operational performance and service delivery.

Allocation of beds for patients for emergency and elective admission on a daily basis.
