Responsible for:- Line managing 22 teachers- Monitoring data and progression throughout the Secondary school.- Overseeing targeted support for any pupil who is underachieving.- GCSE, BTEC and ELC in KS4: deadlines, course criteria, progress tracking.- Organising SMSC events for Secondary pupils.- Organising Options evening, Careers talks and College visits

Responsible for:- Overseeing and tracking the provision for 20 pupils throughout KS3 & 4.- Reviewing Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy and Arts Therapy reports to over see the holistic provision and progress being made for each individual pupil.- Chairing Annual Review meetings- Setting clear targets, overseeing IEPs for each pupil.- Amending out of date statements to reflect a young persons needs.- Overseeing the transition between key stages.

Responsible for:- Teaching Maths and English to small withdrawal groups in a mainstream mixed Secondary School. - Setting up a Dyslexia support group for pupils in Year 9-11.
