Created an inclusive environment on designated floors in the residence halls for three years. Duties consisted of one on one meetings with supervisors and residents, being on duty and on call, writing IRs, responding to emergencies, planning and coordinating events, attending staff meetings, advocating for an inclusive environment, and creating new bulletin boards every month.

Provided patient care during the summer of 2022 on a geriatric psychiatric unit at NYP Westchester. Also got the opportunity to experience the adolescent and schizophrenic units through floating! Duties consisted of assisting patients in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, evaluating patient conditions through psychological evaluations, and charted as needed.

Main duties- made coffee drinks, facilitated customer service, and managed the cash drawer. More specifically, served and made drinks during busy rushes while upholding Starbuck's commitment to an inclusive and welcoming environment. Advanced personal skills in customer service and communication. Finally, broadened personal knowledge on coffee and various drinks.
