Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance; plan distribution. Producing and proofreading a variety of materials: including correspondence, presentations, reports, etc. Overseeing the preparation and organization for and attending meetings as required: including draft agendas, coordinating presentation materials, recording notes and follow-up on action items as needed. Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements: flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries/agendas and documentation. Coordinating and assisting with various projects, events and initiative.

As the Payroll Specialist I maintain payroll records, process payroll, terminations, accruals, W-2 forms, workman's comp cases, manage billing for all therapist and employee garnishments. As the Human Resource Assistant I support the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Residential Services. I coordinate recruiting programs including resume screenings, maintaining master job descriptions, reference checking, offers of employment and assist managers throughout the hiring process. Send rejection letters and analyze and provide solutions for employee retention. Develop the new employee orientation program and regularly conduct orientation of new hires. Conduct job fairs onsite and offsite, and attended any training seminars and meetings needed for the development of the organization. Ensure that the training program meets requirement of licensing and COA. Ensure employee training compliance and help the organization meet its quality improvement, evaluation, and reporting requirements.

Coordinate surgery cases for a very busy OR surgeon, coordiantor all insurance authorizations as well as speak with the families personally about surgical cases.
