Coaching and developing a team of 11 business development executives executing key in store objectives on behalf of Unilever UK. Putting together smart quarterly business plans with individuals to help drive incremental sales within all of their customers within their territories. The customer's included a mixture of Independent/symbol outlets and managed accounts including Tesco Express and Co-op. Putting together training plans to develop each individuals needs maximising their potential and career goals this was supported by monthly field visits and completing on the job training. Great organisational skills to ensure all ket targets are achieved as individuals and as a team on a monthly and quarterly basis, managing holidays and individual needs to ensure targets were not just achieved but over achieved. Completing monthly meetings by putting together the presentation to deliver the clients objectives for the forthcoming month, to build in training sessions to develop them as a team and make the meeting a safe and fun but productive environment.
