About Claire Holmes

I have been fortunate to lead a diverse career path that links the fields of environmental engagement with art & design. My part-time PGCE alongside full time employment in 2017 fulfilled a desire to one day be a teacher to help inspire the next generation. My interests have always been in nature and the arts, and I have worked in the fields of conservation, education & engagement, graphic design, painting, illustration and architecture. I am delighted to now be teaching art & design at a local state secondary school, to help inspire younger minds and to encourage an appreciation of the world through the incredible lens of art. I speak Welsh, Dutch and French.
