From Japan to the utmost northern mountains of India and most places in between. Visited 10 countries with no real set plan and let the experiences of being on the road, guide the next destination. Finding delicious regional food also became an objective, as did attending local cooking classes.Volunteered where possible to assist all animals requiring much needed help. Focused on animal shelters and rehabilitation across India. Vets and sanctuaries in Thailand and charities in Indonesia.

Grew my portfolio by 8% (whilst managing severe stock shortages due the Japanese earthquake tragedy.) Developed and launched new exclusive bulk ink cartridge packs with the destination retailer in the category, which were extensively marketed and substantially increased ASP and share.

Maintained the number 1 market share in NSW, QLD, SA and WA. Secured strong ongoing profile via bulk floor stacks in those states.

Exclusive ranges were developed for a key mass market retailer. Dedicated floor space was increased by three modules in every store, at zero cost. Incremental annual sales were $3M and all project KPI’s exceeded expectations.

I identified that the return practices required examination in every area of the process to clarify best practice. After extensive review, a robust adherence to agreed procedures was obtained which resulted in much greater efficiencies and significant annual cost savings.
