I’ve been working with this company for just over two years. I deal with customer service on the daily. This job has gained my confidence working with different kinds of people from many different countries too. It can be a challenging job when you work in customer service full time but I feel it has allowed me to gain more patience with customers.With this job I work on tills, on the floor, in the fitting rooms or back of house on delivery. I love my job since you work with different people every shift and you can be placed in a different area of the store each shift. It makes every day different.

I worked in Brown’s for over two years. I would work every Saturday to give the senior stylists a hand with their clients. I would prep their work area and make sure they were all set up for each client every hour. When I wasn’t helping the stylist’s I would be washing hair, keeping up with the cleaning in the salon and booking in clients over the phone and in person. Along with this I would also be taking payments and putting through product transactions.
