I am a recent graduate of The University of Kansas, where I earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business and a concentration in Pre-Medicine. I am currently working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Children's Mercy Kansas City, where I support various clinical research and quality improvement projects related to pediatric health and development. My core competencies include communication, presentation, and written skills, as well as data analysis and literature review.As a Clinical Research Coordinator, I collaborate with the principal investigators, the IRB, and the institutions to ensure the quality and integrity of the research data and procedures. I also assist with the recruitment, screening, and consent of the study participants, as well as the collection, management, and reporting of the data. I am passionate about advancing the behavioral knowledge and improving the health outcomes of children and adolescents, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to the multidisciplinary and innovative team at Children's Mercy.
