Dedicated to heal people and inspire them to be fit and healthy, Claire is a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong who is passionate about patient education, injury and pain management, rehabilitation and fitness training and women's health.She worked in public hospital setting after graduation in the out-patient setting and went on to private practice to provide one-to-one service to anyone in need to physiotherapy treatment for various problems ranging from persistent pain, acute/sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, developmental disorders in children, to women's health conditions. She also provides one-to-one fitness training tailored to people's body condition, especially for who in pain to improve their fitness, reduce their pain, and enhance their wellbeing by getting into the root of the problems with Clinical Pilates as a Certified Clinical Pilates Clinician.She is also keen on providing education to physiotherapist and physiotherapy students by co-organising workshops for physiotherapists and teaching courses to physiotherapists and physiotherapy students.
