50% of mental health conditions happen by the age of 14. 75% happen by the age of 24. That leaves young people — alongside parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals — with an incredibly brief window to safeguard their mental health.I'm the Founder and creator of 'i am me', a programme designed to meet that challenge head-on. 'i am me' provides tools, tips, and insights that help young people keep their mental wellbeing on the right track. Enabling them to become active participants in their own mental health and wellbeing journey and cope with any challenge that comes their way. Through the 'I am me' app, they'll have free access to: ✅ Self-help tools✅ Mood indicator✅ Stress tracker✅ Personal development tips✅ Specialist tools✅ Relevant articles ✅ Tips, audio content, inspiring messages and video contentThe app also offers invaluable support to educators, businesses, and organisations working with young people. Together, we can make a difference. But that's not all; beyond the app, our 'i am me' programme offers face-to-face development workshops with our team of experts. We also provide one-to-one coaching on an array of topics relevant to young people. Those include:✅ Sleep✅ Nutrition✅ Movement✅ Relationships✅ Headspace advice✅ Stress management ABOUT MEI'm a certified health coach, a former HR professional, and a mother of two. I also studied psychology at the University of Gloucestershire and became a specialist in children's and young people's mental health at Birmingham Metropolitan College.Beyond my work with 'i am me', I'm also a Director at Linac Learning, a Global Learning and Development Consultancy.
