I led an aftercare program as an extension to a summer outdoor adventure camp. I encouraged kids to reflect on the challenges they faced and successes they experienced during the camp day. During aftercare, I empowered kids to be creative and participate in various activities of art, science, and physical activity.I effectively communicated with parents at the end of the day to discuss their child's experience. This included how each kid's day went and what to expect for the next day. In addition to these responsibilities, I purchased healthy snacks within the camp budget, completed necessary documentation, and performed final camp clean-up and lock-up at the day's end.
