I initially focused on creating artworks using graphite pencils, and I eventually made it my foundation in diving into the digital side of arts and design.To this day, I still embrace both media — manual and digital arts — for personal and business purposes. - Proposes innovative solutions to improve operations processes, marketing strategies, and financial recordings to emit more efficient results benefiting a startup business.- Handles the internal & external transactions regarding the entire operations management that include the following: - Customer Service: Answering inquiries and processing reservations either through phone calls or the official Facebook page. - Admin & Operations:: Handles all the administrative tasks including recording financial transactions, creating financial record excel templates, ordering supplies, and managing other necessary offline and online works. - Finance: Setting up payment arrangements, issuing bills, and receiving payments from expected and existing guests. - Designing: Creates graphic designs for posters, menus, bill-out sheets, thank you cards, signages, Facebook posts, etc. - Marketing: Creating Facebook organic posts with contents relevant to current universal and local events.- Initiates new management systems to build stronger organizational relationships and to promote Work-Life balance among all employees.- Manages and empowers the entire operations team.
