I am currently working and being trained onsite for the roles circulating (scout) and scrub nurse predominately in Breast, Colorectal and Urological surgeries.Competent and efficient in duties of assessing and maintaining safe environment principles, maintaining patient dignity, ensuring sterility of operative field, handling specimens according to local policy and ensuring accountability for instrument counts, equipment checks and patient positioning.I maintain resources efficiently and reporting any discrepancies as they occur and to my line manager.
