Joining Arup over 10 years ago, Claire brings a unique global perspective to projects having worked in four different offices around the world. This has given her a broad range of exposure to different markets, building typologies and project size. Claire’s global office experience has provided her with the ability to work dynamically and build relationships quickly, to the benefit of clients and newly formed project teams. Her PM style is rigorous and measured, providing an organised and thoughtful approach to the design process. She has a strong background in delivering projects in a collaborative environment. She adds to this a strong commercial awareness of a client’s needs in order to prioritise on projects.Claire has a passion for design efficiency and a broad technical and market understanding. The different types of teams and clients she has worked with give her a holistic understanding of projects.She has spent the four years as an active member of the PCA Future Directions Committee, working with the Property Council to share experiences and knowledge within the industry. Having participated in the Property Council's 500 Women in Property Program in 2019 and their Mentoring program in 2020 Claire is a strong advocate for the diversity in the industry and supporting the development of new professionals.
