As part of the Group Valuation Committee my role is to facilitate shareholder and Board level understanding of the asset valuations for each business and to independently review the valuation process. Also, ensuring compliance with all accounting standard changes and ensuring continuity across both the corporate group and funds.

Responsible for all Group accounting including consolidation of financial results and management of budget/forecasting processes. Responsible for delivery of monthly management reporting pack and provision of adhoc management infomration.Managed implementation of Sage 200 accross the Group including training of finance teams in London and Jersey. Also, performed implementation testing on Hyperion consolidation system, ensured process controls were in place to ensure the system would pass audit.

Company Secretary for all UK Boards. Includes corporate governance, statutory return, attendance at all Boards. Part qualified chartered Company Secretary. .
