I wrote speeches, drafted Parliamentary questions, developed policy, identified opportunities for influencing on priority issues, liaised daily with the press office and advised on the handling of legislation. I managed relationships with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.

Led a party-affiliated campaigning organisation, successfully promoting campaigns within the party and among faith groups. I developed strong relationships with many parliamentarians and senior staff from across the main parties. I designed a new strategy which generated significant growth, doubled the membership size and income, and raised organisational profile. I undertook regular public speaking engagements, radio interviews including LBC and Premier and published a book with contributions from high profile parliamentarians.

Co-led a cross-party organisation seeking to encourage Christians to get involved in politics, with the directors of the Conservative Christian Fellowship and Christians on the Left. I spoke at conferences, led events and training, and influenced the strategy of the organisation which led to significant growth.
