I take a person-centred approach to digital change, developed from a background in psychology and marketing. I apply experience from numerous sectors to offer change management that is always evidence-based and measured.Examples span from helping classrooms feel confident with the introduction of ICT, encouraging multinationals to trust homeworking, demonstrating the credibility of social media to local government and showing charities how self-serve can help all. I am proud of a track record of all work being delivered on time, within budget, with minimum 20% cost savings where applicable and happy customers that have felt part of the change. I volunteer as Chair of Governors for a primary school to contribute my cost saving ideas and to help the school adapt to a trust structure. I have a focus on improving the mental wellbeing in children from their early years.
