In this role I drove key strategic projects in our Delhi office, including:• Key Indicator Tracking and Reporting Overhaul: Worked closely with external consultant to create a master indicator library, structured around organizational strategic objectives. Additionally, designed and instituted protocols and tools to improve the efficiency, speed, and accuracy of project data collection and reporting. This eased the burden of metrics tracking on our field teams, and improved turnaround times on donor reports.• Capacity Building and Training: Trained key staff members in best practices for: pitch documents, program reporting, and advanced use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to improve the communication skills of outward-facing teams.• Communications and Content Creation: Sourced and created content for it major organizational website redesign, including organization & program descriptions, partner & customer highlights, and press coverage. Resulted in a more professionalized presence online.• Board of Directors Management Training: Trained the Delhi Company Secretary in the practices and protocols utilized for Board management in the NY office, to strengthen the professional relationship between management and the VisionSpring India Board.

• Took lead in drafting presentations to share strategic and operational updates at board meetings. This included contributing to data analysis & messaging design, and coordinating & editing content from across the organization.• Produced quarterly & annual donor reports highlighting achievements, customer stories & organizational learnings • Designed a framework to communicate varying impact, expense, risk, and scaling characteristics of VisionSpring’s internal programs, to better explain resource allocation decisions to donors • Drafted job descriptions, screened applicants, and conducted 200+ interviews (via phone & in person in Delhi, India) to fill 11 key leadership positions as part of scaling efforts in India in 2016.• Managed creation of the Annual Appeal mailing in 2016 and 2017, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external graphic design consultants to reach +700 donors• Introduced and produced monthly all-team newsletter (20+ editions) and quarterly "all-hands global videoconference", which included sourcing strategic updates from across teams, analyzing data, and drafting content.
