Learning support assistant for children with special educational needs

I am responsible for designing, managing and updating the Church website, with information relevant to parishioners needs. I deal with personal, private and sensitive issues of a delicate nature on a one to one basis, which requires time-critical responses, and prioritisation with parishioners. I manage the parishioner database for the church, which acts as the key central record.I maintain the registers up to date for sacraments which is integral to the future of the church and parishioners. I perform general office duties including newsletter, filing, email, photocopying, bookkeeping, banking, stock taking/ordering relevant to the liturgical calendar and church’s obligations.In my duties, I use Office, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
