It may be easier to say what i don't do, but here goes with what i aim to achieve each day:- Resource management for the life of projects, ensuring we have the staff to complete necessary and vital works. Ensure project details are updated and reported to various levels. Negotiate and Organize staffing and logistics for day 2 day works and major weekends works. On major works weekends i assist in the admin side for reporting and the basic clerical requirements, and am able where necessary to assist as a basic tech assistant.
