Supporting a short term, high impact employee engagement programme locally for a large international company where corporate employees are working to solve business problems for social enterprises/not for profits.

Short term projects:Working with an EU funded social farming project trying to create new opportunities for people with disabilities and mental health to engage in their communities. Mentoring aspiring social entrepreneurs to develop their business idea and create their business plans.Short, focused intervention projects for my Gestalt Organisational Development Course; a not for profit in Cape Town who wanted to develop next steps, an IT company in Budapest who wanted to get buy in to an expansion plan from their staff, a government department in Singapore who wanted to be more innovative in their approach.

Digital Skills Academy is a start-up privately owned company providing State funded courses to up-skill and re-skill people who are unemployed in digital skills addressing a major skills shortage in Ireland.The company provides programs to over 500 participants in-house and online. www.digitalskillsacademy.com. 72% of graduates gain employment. As Participant Experience Manager I am responsible for developing the participant support model from recruitment to graduation to support face to face and online international delivery, overseeing mentoring and coaching for teams, complaints and disciplinary processes.

I co-founded Leap in 2011 in response to a lack of non- service and training options for families of children with disabilities. As co-founder of Leap, I developed the strategic direction and operational infrastructure, fundraising, PR & communications, management of operation execution (staff and volunteers).

Elected to the Board of Management of Cultur, a migrant rights organisation in Co. Meath in 2009 and served for 3 years providing HR and recruitment support as well as strategic development.

I joined YAP in 2010 as a member of their senior management team. YAP is a US initiative which supports young people at risk of care or custody. My role was essentially transformation and change management including development and implementation of a client management system, internal and external compliance and reporting.

RehabCare is the largest provider of social care services in Ireland. There are over 1000 staff supporting 3000 people with a range of support needs. I joined as Programmes Co-ordinator in 2006 leading on a Person Centred Planning programme nationwide developed as a response to national legislation. The programme was the initial phase of moving the organisation from supporting people in congregated settings to more individualised community options. My main responsibilities in this role were:•Coordinated the development of project plans for each service and region to identify actions required and barriers to be addressed in creating more individualised arrangements.•Commissioning training from the UK and developing sustainable training options.•Managed the development of business response to create new ways of working through the Business Excellence framework (http://businessexcellence.ie/) to present and negotiate with senior management.

•To support board members with intellectual disability to play an active part in the running of the Council. •To inform participation strategy in the Council and advised various external agency's efforts to become more inclusive. •To develop outreach information projects in relation to rights and entitlements and orgaised roadshows throughout New South Wales.

IDRS is a state wide specialist legal and information service supporting people with intellectual disabilities who come into contact with the justice system. I joined as a Community Educator in 2005 working alongside a team of five solicitors. My key responsibilities were;•Delivering rights awareness training for people with disabilities and their families in a multicultural environment through interpreters.•Development and delivery of appropriate communication training for diverse stakeholders; for example the New South Wales Police Force, service providers and families. •Development of inclusive internal practices and advising State Departments on Inclusive Practices. •Capacity building with legal, community and representative organisations
