Claire Murphy is a Software Engineer at Palo Alto Networks. Colleagues describe her as "I worked with Claire during her 2024 summer internship with Lockheed Martin. LM has a buddy program where they pair employees with new hires to assist with onboarding and getting up to speed with the project(s) they've been assigned. For much of the summer, Claire worked on a field deployed analysis toolset to configure and fine-tune the system our program is responsible for developing and maintaining for our customer. Claire was responsible for significantly extending toolset capabilities. Due to the work we do, LM has several intricacies all new hires need to navigate. Additionally, our program contains an extensive amount of information to learn. Claire quickly came up to speed and immediately started delivering on tasking we gave her. She leans quickly, doesn’t stop until the problem is solved, takes pride in the quality of her work, takes direction well, and isn’t afraid to ask questions while still working independently. Claire, I hope to see you back with us in Syracuse post-college!
