- Utilize mouse models to assess whether specifically targeting the Hsp90-beta isoform can prevent memory and pain-related cognitive changes in early Alzheimer’s Disease with fewer side effects. - Perform immunohistochemistry (IHC) to assess collected mouse brain and spinal cord tissue from various experiments.- Conduct the conditioned place preference (CPP) assay to evaluate the rewarding or aversive effects of substances in mice by measuring their time spent in drug-associated environments. My role involves administering treatments, analyzing behavioral data as well as biochemical data post mortem.
