I am passionate about helping children and parents to be the best version of themselves they can be - not by avoiding the inevitable 'tough stuff'​ in life but by stepping up and managing it and developing life resilience. And for our 21st Century children and their parents, that means building skills and knowledge in their digital-lives too.As the co-author of several self-help books for children and parents and a Social and Emotional Learning curriculum package for Educators and Health Professionals through BEST Programs and as the CEO of DiGii Social which provides a 21st Century solution to the issues arising from a digital-childhood, it is my mission to increase and promote the preventative mental health care that every child needs and deserves.Parents, families, teachers and health professionals are all part of a child's journey towards being a happy, successful and resilient adult and empowering those stakeholders with great education, information and resources is my passion and drive.
