A comprehensive business survey takes into account the client’s size, structure, climate, values, strategic goals, prior performance trajectories and financial position. Determine client standing from perspective of sustaining status quo, growth or turn-around as each organization cycle requires a different executive skill set. o In concert with client HR and hiring managers, define executive position requirements, including short & long-term performance imperatives, and delineate necessary attributes and qualifications of the ideal candidate.o Draft thorough, accurate and compelling job descriptions that can be leveraged to generate interest among as well as vet potential candidates.o Identify and approach a targeted pool of qualified candidates. Prepare detailed written assessments on top 3-5 candidates of the highest caliber based on search criteria and follow-up with an oral presentation of each candidate to client companies’ executive level hiring teams.o Provide guidance on best-practice interview and calibration processes as needed and shepherd sensitive negotiations that result in candidate acceptance of an offer.
