North West Lead for overseeing the delivery of efficiency programmes including:- Risk Based Maintenance - Plain Line Pattern Recognition (route lead)- Track Integrated Geometry - II Projects (MyIM, MyRoster & MyIM)Working with key stakeholders to ensure that the programmes are implemented to deadlines, tracking and sharing benefits for each programme. Being the key contact for all queries regarding the projects during implementation and in BAU following implementation,Key involvement with the Activity Based Planning process supporting the DUs on the North West route, Completing ad hoc tasks at the request of the Head of Maintenance Delivery, Infrastructure Director and Area Services Manager, which involve quantification of impacts of various changes within the business or completion of mini projects.

Responsible and accountable for managing the route services that support the Infrastructure Director Team on the North West Route. Along with being responsible and accountable for telecoms maintenance across the North West and Central region. The role plays an integral part in supporting the Infrastructure Director and the wider team with business management including; forward business planning (control period plans), financial management, efficiency identification and delivery, contingency planning, KPI management and risk management. Area Services Team focus on:- Delivery of efficiency programmes at local and national levels - Supporting with NW Route Visualisation- On Track Plant Management - Risk Based Maintenance- Data Management - Delivery of Telecoms Maintenance for North West & Central Region

Lead and direct with the systems and database management processes on the NW Route - Lancashire & Cumbria Delivery Unit. - Briefings on the use of the systems and databases within the 5 discipline specific sections. - Provide direction and support on the use of the systems and databases including all aspects of asset data management to provide accurate and current data quality system management.- Management of the collation of financial, asset history information for the delivery unit, so databases and systems will show up to date accurate information at all times, along with meeting corporate requirements.- Resolving issues that adversely affect the effective performance.- Monitor, audit and report on the accuracy of data and where required, provide information to support the delivery of business plans and improvement initiatives. - Submission of analysis and management reports required to support the Delivery Unit.- Support the wider community; including briefings and conduction of workshops to sharing best practice, addressing issues in order drive improvements.- Manage data quality and resolve issues that adversely affect the effective performance of systems, allowing for the effective performance of systems. - Provide information to support delivery of business plans including production of the Annual Plan, improvement initiatives and project works.- Lead and support on the upgrade of Railhub

Accurately updating systems, databases and records as required to ensure that systems were accurate, including opening/closing works orders where directedSetting up and maintaining efficient filing systems for the Section paying particular attention to confidentiality where necessary and also those documents deemed to be safety critical.Undertaking general office administration duties for the Section Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support. Undertaking Planner duties to support Section Managers when the Planners were absent from the office.

Worked with the S&T and ATME Disclipines.Plan and optimise all agreed work activities and accurately update systems, such as Ellipse, GEOGIS/INM & FMS. Production of Safe System of Work plans for maintenance staff in line with business requirements. Supporting the Section Manager, Supervisors, Engineers & Assistant Engineers to ensure compliance to the company standards. Managing weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.
