To achieve this, we create innovative and affordable learning technology for all organizations, developed with our clients in mind; while providing access to free training through charitable partnerships. I'm also the co-founder of SIDIS Academy, where we've created a one-stop learning platform revolutionising T Level qualifications and Industry Placements. It's all about bringing together colleges, students, and employers to transform education and skill-building.My journey in tech began 20+ years ago, despite initial discouragement from my school teachers! Today, I'm passionate about digital transformation and its profound impact on the global economy.Back in 2010, while living in South Africa, I was determined to be at the helm of a tech company that strives for female representation in STEM and leadership roles, champions a culture of continued learning and leverages technology to solve real-world problems.Through my charitable initiative, Opening Doors, I'm on a mission to ensure that every child worldwide gains access to education and a safe environment, starting in the Inchanga community in Durban, South Africa. I believe that learning should be considered a tool for eradicating poverty and an opportunity to ignite a revolution for future progress.My journey naturally led me to become an advocate for Girls and Women in STEM. It's a cause close to my heart, and equally, I'm dedicated to supporting women in business and leadership roles. I spearhead numerous initiatives, serve as a STEM ambassador, and engage in school speaking engagements to encourage young women to pursue tech careers.
